How Will We Use Your Information?

Any personal data you provide by completing this form will be processed in line with current UK Data Protection legislation.

Our purpose for collecting this information is so that we can respond to the message you are sending us. It will not be used for any other purpose and we will ensure that your data is processed in a secure way.

When you contact us by filling in our form on  South East Grid (seg.network) we will use your name and email address to respond to you.  

We also process your personal data to ensure that our systems function well and that your data is processed in a secure way. We will not store or transfer your data outside the UK

We rely on consent to process your personal data under article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR because you give us your consent when you fill in the form.

Who has access to the data we have about you?

Employees of South East Grid client function hosted by East Sussex County Council have access to your information when they are dealing with your question or comment. If required, the SEG client function will also pass on your contact details to the awarded supplier so that they can provide the necessary information but solely for the purpose stated.

How long do we keep data? 

South East Grid will keep your personal data until we have replied to you and then in line with our corporate retention schedule. No personal data is kept for longer than is strictly necessary.
